About This Site
Investment Calculator (investment-calculator.net) is operated by Gianni Van Schoor, based in Haaltert, Belgium. Contact: info@investment-calculator.net. The site is currently run by a private individual as a side project: there is no registered company or enterprise (VAT) number yet. As soon as the activity is registered as a business, the enterprise number will be published here, as required by Article XII.6 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
Scope
These terms apply to the website, the calculators, the optional account features, and any related services we provide.
Use of the Site
This site provides calculators and related information for educational purposes only. Use of the site is free. Creating an account is optional and only adds convenience features such as saved favorites.
No Financial Advice
Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and simplified assumptions. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on this site is a personal recommendation. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. See the Disclaimer for details.
Accounts and Saved Data
If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity on it and for keeping access to your email secure. You can save and remove favorites, and you can delete your account yourself at any time on your account page. We may suspend or restrict access in case of misuse.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
Use of the site is limited to adults. Do not misuse the site, including unlawful use, automated scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass security, or disrupting the service for others.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising via Google AdSense. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the consent you give in the cookie banner. We currently do not use affiliate links; if we ever add them, they will be clearly labeled and this page and the Ads Disclosure will be updated first. See the Ads Disclosure for details.
Donations
You can support the site with a voluntary donation via Ko-fi. Donations are gifts: they do not buy any service, feature, or result, and they are processed entirely by Ko-fi and its payment provider Stripe under their own terms.

All content and code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproducing or redistributing content requires our prior written permission.
